Orders received will be addressed within 24 hours of confirmation of your order.

*Note: Closed Sundays: Orders received Sunday will be addressed Monday. 

Due to the demand & popularity of our delicious cookies, We work on a first come first serve basis. Submitting an order form does NOT guarantee your delicious cookies will meet your desired timeline. 

Upon the order form being submitted, we will reach out to confirm availability and order details along with any additional information needed. Once order details have been discussed, you will be sent an invoice for your order payment.

Orders will be ready within 4-7 business days AFTER initial payment has been received.

Enlightened Bakery does allow pick-ups and deliveries within Gilbert, Arizona.

Delivery is an extra $20 for local delivery in the Gilbert area. Pick-up is located at 170 W Cullumber Ave Gilbert, AZ 85233.

**Shipping Policies**

*Enlightened Bakery cannot ship cookies outside of Arizona under the Arizona Food Laws*

For orders within Arizona, you will be responsible for the shipping costs based on current carrier rates. 

FULL DISCLOSURE: Enlightened Bakery does not guarantee the quality of the cookies upon arrival of delivery. We will ensure packaging in the best possible manner to avoid any damages but that does not eliminate the risk of delivery.

Due to liscensing concerns of recreating specific characters/illustrations, I am unable to decorate cookies that look like copyrighted character faces or logos.

With that being said, I can and will do the following!

1. Match the theme of your event: I can match colors, patterns, and styles of your theme.
2. Recreate items, not characters from show or movie

I am here to make you the star of your event so I will work with you to the best of my ability 🙂
